About six weeks ago, I posted a YouTube video of Canned Heat's Going Up the Country as a tribute to Alan "Blind Owl" Wilson, who had died 40 years ago that month. If any readers are Canned Heat fans or loved that song, here is the original one, Henry Thomas's Bull Doze Blues.

fun song. Canned Heat's version isn't much different.
I especially like the part about going back to Memphis Tennessee.
